Manage all your services from your phone
The app does what the customer dashboard on the website does, just in your pocket. For each service you see how it is doing and can change things right away.
Web hosting and email
Create email addresses, set up forwarding and an out-of-office reply. DNS records, SSL, backups, databases and the PHP version: all in one place.
Your radio station
See who is listening and what is playing, manage DJs, playlists and the weekly schedule, read requests and upload music.
VPS servers
Start, stop and restart, charts for CPU and memory, SSH keys and reverse DNS.
Domain names
Change nameservers, get the transfer code and switch the transfer lock on or off, with Face ID as an extra check.
Invoices and payments
Pay open invoices with iDEAL or by bank transfer, view invoices as PDF, and check your direct debit mandate, credit and credit notes.
Support
Chat with our support team or open a ticket, with photos or files attached. Replies arrive as an alert.
Alerts, widgets and Siri
You don’t need to keep the app open to know what is going on. You get an alert for an outage, a new invoice or a reply from support, and you choose which ones.

Your stream, stream monitoring and outstanding balance at a glance, on iPhone and Android.
Outages on your lock screen
On iPhone, a card keeps track of how long a stream has been off air, until it is back.
Ask Siri
“How is my radio station doing?” You get the answer without opening the app.
Face ID or fingerprint
The app opens with your face or finger, and asks again for sensitive actions such as showing a password.

Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free for everyone with a Maenda Media account. You only pay for your services, just like on the website.
Which phones does the app work on?
On iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, and on Android phones. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Do I need a separate account?
No. You sign in with the same email address and password as on maenda.media. Everything you do in the app also shows on the website.
Can I order in the app?
Yes. You can order and pay for new services in the app, and add add-ons to a service you already have.
Which alerts will I get?
For an outage, a new invoice and a reply from support. In the app you choose per type whether you want an alert.
Can I pay an invoice in the app?
Yes, with iDEAL or by bank transfer. The amount and reference are shown right away.
