Our servers are located in the Serverius NL2 datacenter in Meppel (Ketelskamp 10, 7942 KG). This is a Tier III+ certified datacenter with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification. The datacenter is 100% European owned and fully GDPR compliant.

Yes. All servers are in the Serverius NL2 data centre in Meppel and your data does not leave the Netherlands. The data centre is entirely European-owned, so there is no US parent company that could be compelled to grant access under the CLOUD Act. That sets it apart from the large cloud providers, even when they offer a European region.

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Our data centre has multiple redundant power supplies, cooling and network connections for maximum availability. For our SLA services we also agree fixed response times.

The datacenter has multiple layers of redundancy: dual power feed with UPS and diesel generators (2N redundant), multiple cooling systems, and various independent network uplinks. During outages, automatic failover to backup systems occurs.

All services are protected by default with 3 Tbps DDoS mitigation capacity. Attacks are automatically detected and filtered without impact on legitimate traffic. This includes protection against volumetric, protocol and application-layer attacks.

Through Serverius we are connected to 16+ Internet Exchanges including AMS-IX, NL-ix, Speed-IX and DE-CIX. In total we have direct peering with more than 1,300 networks worldwide for optimal routing and low latency.

Under 1 millisecond to AMS-IX in Amsterdam, the largest internet exchange in Europe. Because we are also directly connected to more than 1,300 networks, traffic to Dutch visitors usually travels one direct hop rather than taking a detour. In practice that means a response time of a few milliseconds within the Netherlands.
